 Deposits:

  Great news!  We have added Paypal to your options as a method of payment!  Through Paypal you can pay using debit or credit card.  A transaction fee of $4.65 will be assessed for each transaction using the Paypal method.

NOVEMBER 1, 2008 - a deposit of $100 per person will be needed to cover reunion deposits.  If you pay by check, please make your check payable to Vicki Hedrick and mail to 619 Bandera St., McKinney, TX 75070.  If you choose to pay using Paypal please add $4.65 for the transaction fee. 

APRIL 1, 2009 - the remainder of the cost will be due (cost will depend if you are attending the Saturday lunch or not).  If you pay by check, please make your check payable to Vicki Hedrick and mail to 619 Bandera St., McKinney, TX 75070.  If you choose to pay using Paypal please add $4.65 for the transaction fee.

 

What is included in the cost:

  • Saturday lunch (optional) - $20/per person
  • Saturday Dinner and Dance - $130/per person (Includes plated dinner, tax & gratuity, resort facility rental, band, decorations)
  • Mailing expenses, web-site creation & domain registration
What is not included in your costs:

1.)  Your hotel room will not be covered.  We have been given a special rate on a First Come, First Served basis.  The rooms are on a "block hold" which means the hotel is holding the rooms at the special rate but they are subject to hotel availability.  You can secure a room reservation today with a credit card but will not be charged for the rooms until the reunion in May 2009.  The rates are below along with the hotel contact name and phone # to call and reserve your room.

$ 89.00 Resort Room (large, beautiful renovated room with patio or balcony)

$109.00 Premier Resort Room (larger 550 sq ft with furniture, plasma TV with patio or deck)

$139.00 Sonoran Villas (elegant villa, sofa, feather bed, utmost luxury with magnificent desert view)

$189.00 Deluxe Sonoran Villa (1 bedroom elegant villa with full kitchen, dining room, washer/dryer, beautiful views)

$300.00 Grand Sonoran Villa (The Deluxe Sonoran Villa with an additional 2nd bedroom - 2 patios or balcony)

Above rates are per room, per night - based on single, double occupancy accommodations.  Additional guests are subject to an additional charge.  Rates do not include taxes currently 13.27% and are net, non-commissionable.

2.) A resort fee of $20 per room per day will be added to your room cost.  The resort fee covers complimentary valet parking, your first 20 minutes of each local and toll-free phone call, internet access, housekeeping and bellman gratuities, complimentary in-room coffee and daily newspaper, use of the Fitness Center and pools with towel service, and complimentary transportation between the main resort and the villa.

3.)  Any activities you participate in throughout the day (except for group lunch) will be at your own expense.

What activities are you interested in participating in?

Friday night:  No-host reception in the Red Horse Saloon, a replica of a turn-of-the-century saloon. There will be a variety of games (pool, darts, card games) and plenty of space to sit and visit.  There will be a variety of burgers and appetizers available to munch on.

Saturday day:  There are a variety of events and activities throughout the day.  Any activities you participate in will be at your cost and responsibility.  Various events include GOLF (Chan Farrington & Steve Benavidez coordinating), NATURE WALKS, SHOPPING, CASINO TRIP, GLASS MAKING CLASS ($100 for 4 hour class), SPA, SWIMMING, TENNIS or just  RELAXING & READING A BOOK.

Saturday lunch:  If you're available for lunch, we'll be having a relaxing, simple lunch of hamburgers & hot dogs on the Sunrise Terrace.

Saturday evening - the BIG EVENT:  We will have a no-host reception prior to our elegant sit-down dinner.  Travel back to your high school prom and enjoy fine food, renew acquaintances and dancing to the hits of our era.  This will be a big "to-do" you won't want to miss.  We will need an accurate count of who will be attending.

Sunday morning:  We will reserve tables in the hotel restaurant for any that would like to join us for one last chance to visit over breakfast.  Let me know if you'll be joining us so that we can assure plenty of tables.

  

REUNION MAILER WAS SENT!

The mailer was sent the end of July and explained everything about the reunion.   It included a Registration Form that you can choose the activities you wish to participate in & all the costs, deposits, etc.
